The Duet for Percussion and Feet (SI)
The Duet for Percussion and Feet is a contemporary dance and music stage event, where a musician and a dancer meet on stage, intertwining into an inseparable whole through music and dance. The concept draws on the cultural heritage of humanity, where dance and music are uniform elements. The relation between dance and music is established through the inner experience of the musician and the dancer, connecting on the intuitive level into a circle where the individual or the performer is no longer important. All that remains is a core, which is the essence of dance and music. It is a metaphysical process, created when the actors indulge in a moment where there is no »then« or »before«, and where there are no thoughts.
