TUESDAY, 24 AND WEDNESDAY, 25 AUGUST
18:30, 20:30 Park Theater
EnKnap: STAGE360
A new view, a theater simulator Flirting with the future in the research of the potential of dance in virtual reality, Stage360 project institutes a new type of post-production in the form of performance virtualization and a guided viewing of performances, recorded with a 360° camera, with VR glasses. The recordings with ambisonic sound and lighting support give a spectator a brand-new theater experience. They develop a different bond between the spectator and performance and by breaking the fourth wall, they defy the classic viewing of performances. Frameless, the direction of viewing becomes personal choice, and close proximity of the performers an unprecedented privilege.
