This public seminar is aimed at artists, professionals, officials and decision-makers in culture interested in transnational cooperation, international mobility and the drawing of EU funds in the field of culture. The program provides the knowledge and skills needed for international cultural networking and collaboration. It also includes a discussion on the contribution of culture to Europe's future.
